The order confirmation will be sent after the payment is created. The shipping confirmation will be sent after the shipment of goods.
Normally, the first autoship delivery will arrive within 3-7 business days after the date of payment. Thereafter, your subsequent deliveries will arrive at the interval you selected.
The new customer who has not yet made a purchase on our website.
Log in and find the autoship in ‘My Account’. Cancel the origin autoship plan, and then create a new plan using the new credit card for subsequent orders.
You can contact our customer service via live chat or [email protected] for a refund. You may need to return the package to us to proceed with the refund, and please make sure all products are not opened. However, you will need to cover for the returned courier fee.
There are two ways to change your Autoship plan:

Autoship order is not eligible to earn Rewards Club or use Rewards Club points for additional discount. However, you can enjoy 5%-10% off on every your Autoship order with free shipping on a 30-day basis.
