What should I do if my package is lost?

Where do you ship the products from?
Your products will be shipped from the RELX MY domestic warehouse located in Klang.
How long can I receive my order?
Normally it takes 2-4 business days for you to receive your orders outside pre-ordered items. Please check expected shipping time for specially pre-ordered items.
